Adaptive reuse of Columbia Center Four Story Atrium. New curtain wall expanding the 4th avenue entry, new grand staircase, and bringing two elevators down to the first floor from the 4th floor allowing direct service to the 76th floor Observatory - AGC Renovation of the Year 2017.
