RCM

Provide team approach to competitive/strategic proposals, with written submittals leading to team interviews that win work. Promote company and services to prospective projects/clients in the greater Puget Sound Region. 

Teaming with owner, architect, consultants providing continuous constructability, budgeting, schedule from concept to final budget and schedule used for negotiating owner contractor agreement.

Manage and track project execution through monitoring budget and schedule.  Attend and participate in OAC meetings, monitor subcontract buyout, subcontract negotiations, monthly billing, profit forecasting, review final cost substantiation and audit. Provide field observations for safety, productivity, quality, systems coordination.

Assist with staffing, training, mentoring, team building, safety culture, and helping lead company initiatives.
